Delivery
We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of your order, or at weekends, the next working day. If for any reason we cannot, we will contact you.
We deliver products free of charge in the UK using Royal Mail.
Outside of the UK, shipping will be charged at cost. Please email us to arrange.
Returns
We hope and trust you will love your purchase. If not, please return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days.
Correct Toes come with a unique no-worries return policy. We want them to work for you. Try them, including modifications in line with the advice leaflet, and return to us within 30 days for exchange or refund.
All other products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Please send to us at our postal address, with your name either in or on the packet, stating whether you require exchange or refund or email us for advice.
If you are returning the product because of a fault, we will refund the cost of postage as well as providing a replacement product or refund.
